(AP) — A former Pulaski County Special School District school bus driver accused of kissing two girls who were passengers on his bus has waived an appeal in the case and accepted a 5-month jail sentence.
The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette (http://bit.ly/1MCABrD ) reports 35-year-old Leonard Brewster was convicted of misdemeanor harassment and sentenced in July, but he had appealed his sentence, which includes $1,000 in fines and court costs.
