Oakland shooting victim stumbles into hospital and dies

Just before 5:30 p.m., police responded to reports of gunshots on the 10100 block of Foothill Boulevard near MacArthur Boulevard, said Officer Marco Marquez, a police spokesman. Arriving officers located a crime scene, but found no victim. A short time later, Marquez said, a man walked into a local hospital suffering from a gunshot wound and was believed to be the victim from the scene on Foothill.
