Italy's largest bank by assets said it raised nearly 750 million euros from the sale of a 10-percent stake in the Polish Bank Pekao S.A. and another 328 million euros from the sale of an equal share of its internet banking unit Fineco.

At 9:32 a.m. ET, the Dow was up 37 points (0.21%), the S&P 500 was up 4 points (0.19%) and the Nasdaq was up 6 points (0.12%).
The blue-chip Dow and benchmark S&P 500 closed at record highs on Tuesday as the rally following Friday's strong jobs report continued. The tech-heavy Nasdaq joined the two indexes in positive territory for the year.
