The NFL this week tweaked its rulebook, as it does every year at its spring owners meetings. A few of those rules in particular will impact the Vikings. The most significant of the rule changes was the competition committee’s decision to give the receiving team the ball at the 25-yard line, instead of the 20, after touchbacks on kickoffs. One of Yahoo's most vocal investors has weighed in on Starboard Value's plan to replace Yahoo's entire board.

"We are happy to have choices in selecting Yahoo's board at this year's meeting, following Starboard's decision today to file its slate," Eric Jackson of SpringOwl Asset Management said in an email to Business Insider.

Starboard wants to replace Yahoo's board with nine nominees, a list made up of investment bankers and media and tech executives.

(AP) — Authorities say a man covered in gold spray paint was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving in the San Francisco Bay Area after he allegedly hit three cars on a freeway and then led police on a brief chase. An off-duty CHP officer witnessed the beginning of the mayhem and followed the suspect, who was covered head-to-toe in gold spray paint.
