Coast Guard crews rescued two brothers kayaking off the Marin County shore Sunday evening after one man’s boat began to sink, forcing him to try to swim to land, officials said. The siblings were paddling in the Kirby Cove area near Point Diablo about 5 p.m. when one of the kayaks began taking on water, said Lt. j.g. Jake Urrutia, a Coast Guard spokesman.
