Champaign woman charged with identity theft involving mother

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (AP) — A 35-year-old rural Champaign woman has been charged with felony financial identity theft for allegedly using her mother's name to obtain multiple credit cards. The (Champaign) News-Gazette (bit.ly/1QrlLnX ) reports that Sarah Hamilton was arrested Thursday and released from jail after posting bond. Online court records don't list an attorney on her behalf. Lawmaker introduces measure to regulate sober living homes

PHOENIX (AP) — A House committee is set to hear a bill allowing cities, towns and counties to regulate sober living homes. The measure by Rep. Noel Campbell of Prescott allows local authorities to register sober living homes, adopt health and safety standards and set management qualifications.

2 hospitalized after car submerges in Tolland County pond
