RAYUAN PB KELANTAN & PB KUALA LUMPUR TIDAK BERJAYA

Badan Rayuan FAM telah mengkaji semula rayuan yang dibuat oleh PB Kelantan (KAFA) dan PB Kuala Lumpur (KLFA) pada 24 Oktober 2018 dan telah mengekalkan keputusan yang dibuat oleh First Instance Body (FIB) pada 10 Oktober 2018. KAFA dan KLFA gagal memenuhi syarat kewangan yang ditetapkan di bawah peraturan perlesenan. Kedua-dua pasukan, bagaimanapun, telah memenuhi lima kriteria lain - infrastruktur, kakitangan dan pentadbiran, perniagaan, undang-undang dan sukan.
KAFA telah mendapati permohonan AFC dan Lesen Kebangsaan mereka ditolak oleh FIB dan secara rasminya telah merayu untuk kedua-dua lesen tersebut kepada AB pada 14 Oktober 2018.
Walau bagaimanapun KLFA diberikan lesen Kebangsaan dengan sanksi tetapi FIB telah menolak permohonan lesen AFC mereka. KLFA secara rasminya merayu kepada AB atas penolakan lesen AFC pada 18 Oktober 2018.
Saya menasihati semua pasukan untuk lebih berhati-hati pada masa depan dalam mematuhi tarikh akhir dan butir-butir mengenai pematuhan syarat yang dinyatakan dalam peraturan.

KELANTAN FA & KUALA LUMPUR FA APPEALS WERE UNSUCCESSFUL

The FAM Appeals Body (AB) had reviewed the appeals made by Kelantan FA (KAFA) and Kuala Lumpur FA (KLFA) on the 24 October 2018 and has maintained with the decisions by the First Instance Body (FIB) on the 10 October 2018. KAFA and KLFA had failed to fulfil the financial requirements stipulated under the licensing regulations. Both teams, however, had fulfilled the other five criteria – infrastructure, personnel and administration, business, legal and sporting.
KAFA had their AFC and National license application refused by the FIB and had officially appealed for both licenses to the AB on the 14 October 2018.
However KLFA’s was granted National license with a sanction but the FIB had refused their AFC license application. KLFA then officially appealed to the AB on the refusal of the AFC license on the 18 October 2018.
I would advise all teams to be more vigilant in the future in adhering to deadlines and to details of the requirements set out in the regulations.
