Kazakhstan starts producing coffee machine capsules: What else is being manufactured in the country
Tengrinews.kz — Kazakhstan has launched the production of aluminum coffee capsules. The rollout was made possible by the initiation of new manufacturing projects.
Vice Minister of Industry and Construction Kuandyk Kazhkenov announced the development during a government meeting on Tuesday.
"Through the implementation of these projects, the country has established the production of new goods that were not previously manufactured here. These include sodium sulfate, drip irrigation systems, laminate flooring, aluminum coffee capsules, and other products," he noted.
Overall, output in the engineering sector grew by 22.8 percent, chemical products by 23.4 percent, construction materials by 5.9 percent, rubber and plastic products by 18.1 percent, and light industry by 62.4 percent.
In total, 106 projects were commissioned over the first nine months of the year, creating approximately 8,000 permanent jobs, Kazhkenov added.
