Tokayev signs three laws
Tengrinews.kz – Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has signed several laws, Akorda’s press service reports.
In particular, the President signed the Constitutional Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Constitutional Laws of Kazakhstan on Bringing Them Into Compliance With the Constitution and Improving Legislation on Elections and the Prosecutor’s Office.”
In addition, the Head of State signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of Kazakhstan on Bringing Them Into Compliance With the Constitution and Improving Legislation on Elections, the Prosecutor’s Office and Social Security.”
The President also signed the Law “On Amendments and Additions to the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedure Code, the Penal Enforcement Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses on Bringing Them Into Compliance With the Constitution and Improving Legislation on Elections and the Prosecutor’s Office.”
