Passengers on Carnival’s Ecstasy aren’t exactly sure when they will return to the Port of Charleston — or when the next voyage will leave — as the cruise ship continues to bide its time off the Florida coast while waiting for Hurricane Matthew and its after-effects to leave the Lowcountry.
