The Sandiganbayan Second Division yesterday sentenced retired Army General Jose S. Ramiscal Jr. and four others to a maximum jail term of 20 years and ordered them to each pay a fine of P250,318,200 in a malversation case involving the overpriced sale of a property in 1996.
