Photo shows Cebu City Mayor-elect Tomas Osmeña being sworn in by Vice-President-elect Leni Robredo as the new mayor of Cebu City, a post that he had already once assumed. The oath-taking ceremonies, held at the Cebu City Sports Center,was witnessed by Osmeña’s wife, Margot. Former Department of the Interior and Local Government Secretary Manuel Araneta Roxas II, Robredo’s defeated Presidential running mate in the May 9 election, was also at the new Cebu City mayor’s swearing in yesterday.
