COLUMBIA — Gov. Nikki Haley endorsed Sen. Lee Bright’s opponent in the runoff for an Upstate seat in the Legislature, saying former Rep. Scott Talley is a better pick than Bright, who led the unsuccessful push to pass transgender bathroom legislation.
