A retail leasing and investment company recently brokered the sale of Daniel Island Town Center, which includes a Publix grocery store as the anchor tenant. Crossman & Co. worked out the nearly $14 million deal, in which an undisclosed "institutional group" in the Northeast sold the property to Publix Super Markets Inc.
