Filipinos proud and excited about Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach’s winning the much-coveted Miss Universe title will pour into the streets this afternoon as her grand homecoming parade rolls out in Manila, Makati, and Quezon Cities, likely sending traffic to a standstill. Metro Manila traffic authorities have warned that heavy traffic is expected when the grand homecoming parade starts at 2 p.m. Wurtzbach This will be the first major public appearance of Wurtzbach since she arrived in the country last Saturday, after winning the most prestigious beauty pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada last December 20. Wurtzbach has invited Filipinos to bring and wave their small Philippine flags along the parade route in Makati, Manila and Quezon City.
