The court emphasized that placing such expressions on the exterior of a vehicle makes them visible to a wide range of people, including minors. The use of obscene language in public spaces runs counter to generally accepted standards of behavior, morality and decency.
The driver’s actions were classified under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, “Petty Hooliganism.” The court imposed an administrative fine of 86,500 tenge.
The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
