MOSCOW (Reuters) - A committee of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) has decided that the Russian Anti-Doping Agency (RUSADA) is not in compliance with WADA rules, Russian news agencies reported on Friday, citing an adviser to the Minister of Sport.
