Joseph Altuzarra made waves when he announced that he was moving his show from New York Fashion Week to Paris, like Thom Browne, Rodarte, Vera Wang, and many others this season. But the truth is, for Altuzarra, who is half French, it was something of a homecoming. The designer's Spring 2018 collection proved his comfort level in the new environment, effortlessly mixing the sultry, bias-cut silhouettes he has become known for in New York with handmade fabrics and undone styling that felt appropriate fro the show's setting this season. W photographer Nick DeLieto on the scene was present to capture the designer's Paris Fashion Week debut. Go backstage here.
