A Halfmoon mother, Rebecca Jordan, has been charged in connection to the death of her son, Eddie, after giving him a lethal dosage of Diphenhydramine in January. It has been confirmed that he had special needs, and was just 10 years old at the time of his death. Now, members of the community are working to honor his memory.
