Parke Just Restocked Its Iconic 'OG Varsity' Sweatshirt That Never Stays in Stock

Folks, this is not a drill. What might be Parke’s most iconic drop to date is about to take place. And yes, we know today is Wednesday — and technically there should’ve been a drop yesterday morning, since the last one was two weeks ago. However, since this collection is already an icon in its own right, it makes sense that the brand would move its drop date. But don’t you worry, it’s almost here, and we have all the information you need to get your hands on it. 

What is the Parke Core Shop? 

It’s the newest drop from the brand! The Parke Core Shop is all about celebrating the pieces and the process that started the brand over three years ago. For those that don’t know, denim is the fabric that’s at the center of the brand. The founder, Chelsea Parke, has always identified as “a denim girl” and has shared her process of creating her own jeans brand online. From there, she “accidentally” created the first-ever Parke mockneck, which would eventually catapult the brand into the viral stardom it enjoys today. 

So while it’s the mockneck that everyone wants, it’s denim that started it all. To honor that moment, the brand is releasing its Core Shop collection, featuring “select items that define Parke.”  “The Core Shop is designed to be the home for all your most-loved essentials,” said their Instagram page.  

When Does the Parke Core Shop Drop? 

Drumroll please… The Parke Core Shop officially dropped on Wednesday, February 15th at 10 a.m. ET/ 7 a.m. PT. As of this afternoon, items from the Core Shop drop including the OG Varsity Mockneck is still in stock in multiple colorways. We highly doubt this will be the case for too long. So, be sure to grab them while you still can.

What’s Worth Snagging from the Parke Core Shop? 

I know I always say, “whatever you can snag,” and that’s still the main rule of thumb here. But since this collection is all about staying true to the brand’s core, I would snag traditional pieces like the OG Varsity Mockneck or Varsity Hoodie. I would also consider grabbing the Vintage Denim Varsity Mockneck sweatshirt, featuring the iconic Parke logo in real vintage denim fabric.

And speaking of denim, which is at the core of the brand, I would also invest in a pair of their jeans. Personally, the Low Rise Baggy Jeans are my favorite, as they’re tall girl-friendly, but the Horseshoe Jeans are another great option too.
