Thousands of Microsoft 365 customers worldwide reported having issues with services like Outlook and Teams on Monday. Some impacted said in posts online that they were having trouble with things like seeing emails, loading calendars or opening other Microsoft 365 applications such as Powerpoint. Earlier in the day, Microsoft acknowledged an issue impacting those attempting to access its Exchange Online service or functionality within the Microsoft Teams calendar. The company’s status page said it identified a recent change that it believed was behind the problem, and was working to revert it. Microsoft said its fix had reached 98% of “affected environments” as of around noon E.T., but thousands of users were still reporting issues on outage tracker Downdetector.
