Kid Rock believes former President Donald Trump is a "genius" — and the internet thinks this is the funniest thing that happened all day.
The pro-Trump rock musician — whose own genius antics include wearing the American flag as a poncho, drunkenly bashing Oprah in front of a camera, and flirting with Federal Election Commission charges by pretending to run for Senate — made this bold claim on Truth Social.
"This is HUGE!" Kid Rock said of Trump's promise not to tax tips — which culinary professionals called "a wild campaign promise from a convicted felon."
"This will solve so many problems for so many hard working Americans!" Kid Rock declared. "Trump is a genius and for the working class!"

The comment was picked up Tuesday by the conservative channel Right Side Broadcast Network, shared on X and swiftly shredded by readers.
