WITH only a few weeks until summer arrives, homeowners are racing to get their gardens ready for the warmer weather.
If your outdoor space is still looking a little drab, B&M shoppers have found the perfect way to add a pop of colour.
The discount store has been going viral after releasing it’s gardening range[/caption] If you want to add a bit of colour to your space, you might want to pick up this B&M buy[/caption]In fact, one excited customer couldn’t get over her bargain buy.
Taking to Facebook, amateur gardener Fran raved about the plants she’d found in B&M earlier this week.
Posting in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK group, she revealed that she’d found Salix Flamingo trees in the discount store – for under £20.
With their feathery and bright pink plumage, these trees can easily add a bold pop of colour in your garden with minimal effort.
The lush green leaves can also provide extra shade and privacy – especially when they are planted on your borders.
B&M sells a huge range of items for the home - from furniture to electricals and stationery to cleaning products - and tries to lure in shoppers with big discounts on popular items.
If you aren’t green-fingered, you can still have these plants in your outdoor space as they require minimal pruning, once in the summer and winter, and should flower every spring.
If you weren’t already sold, they also grow in well-drained soil and full-dappled sunlight.
Sharing a photo of the gorgeous plants, the gardener wrote in the caption: “If anyone missed out on the Salix Flamingo trees at Asda the other day, B&M have lots in stock, and better still, they’re only £10!”
Fran added: “I picked up 3 from B&M Dartford this morning. There’s still loads left!”
As members of the Facebook group had missed out, many were keen to get the trees whilst they still could.
Unsuprisingly, the post rapidly went viral in the group – especially as the trees were £3 cheaper than Asda.
Tagging their loved one, one person gushed: “These would be lovely in a pot at the front door.”
Others had also seen them in the discount store, with another adding: “They had them at the fort B&M outside the shop tonight with rest of plants.”
A third gushed: “I need one for my front garden…that’s pretty.”
Some also revealed that they’d planted the tree in their garden and showed how much they’d grown over time.
“Love these, they grow big too mine started off like those and now it’s huge,” commented a fourth.
If you do miss out on these Flamingo trees, don’t despair as there are tons of gardening buys in B&M right now.
Gardeners couldn’t get enough of the cheap trees[/caption] B&M’s brand new collection boasts just about everything you’d need, including this hanging chair slashed to £25[/caption]The discount store has bought back their olive tree this summer, which has been massively popular with customers.
Selling for just £25 online, these stunning trees come with a pot in either white or orange – if you want to add a neon hue to your space.
Alternatively, you could pick up a stunning hanging chair in the discount store – which has recently been reduced.
The woven chair can be hung from a tree or any surface that is sturdy enough to hold your weight, adding a touch of comfort to your space.
Even better, this comfy chair has been reduced from £30 to just £25.
Sounds like the perfect excuse to go on a shopping spree.
