A STAY at home wife has proudly shared her home-cooking meals she makes for her blue-collar hubby each day.
Jackie, 48, cooks up a wide variety of “tasty” dinners for her partner but her videos have left people horrified.
Taking to TikTok, Jackie, who is also an aunty, has shared over twenty videos of her cheffing up some of her husband’s favourite dishes.
These include hot dogs, omelettes, pancakes, and fish pies.
But viewers have been left horrified by the amount of salt and oil she uses whilst cooking.
Some have even wondered how her “husband is still alive.”
In one particular video, Jackie gave a step by step guide on how she cooks a sweet and sour curry for her husband after “he works a 13 hour shift.”
The video first showed Jackie cooking from a frying dish which was filled with hot oil, before adding frozen rice in what appears to be a sweet and sour sauce.
She then adds a generous amount of salt and pepper, whilst her dish defrost in the hot oil.
After what seems like a couple of minutes, Jackie then turns over the block of rice to allow the other side of the dish to begin to defrost.
Jackie also ensures to add a generous amount of salt and pepper to both sides of the rice, before shaking the pan to allow it to properly soak in the oil.
Once the rice and sauce starts to defrost, Jackie then uses a metal cooking spoon to help break it up into smaller pieces.
She then mixes it with the generous amount of hot oil which is in the pan, before adding more salt and pepper to the dish.
Now that the dish is cooked, Jackie then scoops the sweet and sour curry ensuring all the oil is swept up as well.

She shared the video to her 80,000 followers, and it has since gone viral with over 61,000 views.
Over 3,00 people rushed to the comments section to share their thoughts.
One asked: “Why do you use so much oil and add so much salt?”
Jackie hasn’t yet replied, but some others commented on the post and wrote: “It’s called a heart attack in a pan.”
Another question: “How is it homemade?”
To which Jackie replied: “Because I made it at home and I cooked it and added my own stuff to it.”
Many were concerned for the husband’s health and shared comments asking if he is “OK.”
One said: “I just want to see the blue collar husband and see he’s OK.”
Others simply explained how it had put them off their dinner, as they were horrified by her cooking content.
Jackie has also shared videos of her cooking the “classic sausage, chips and beans” after her husband had a 12 hour shift.
But again, many were concerned and pondered if her husband “was still with us” due to the amount of salt and oil she uses in her cooking.
It appears that Jackie will regularly cook all her dishes from frozen, and uses a generous amount of oil and salt.
Many of her followers are also often rushing to the comments section and urging her to “put the salt down.”
Experts at Harvard Chan School of Public Health, have warned people against using too much salt in their cooking.

They have previously shared on their website the dangers and how many people could potentially have too much salt in their body.
The website reads: “Too much sodium in the diet can lead to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke.
“It can also cause calcium losses, some of which may be pulled from bone.
“Most Americans consume at least 1.5 teaspoons of salt per day, or about 3400 mg of sodium, which contains far more than our bodies need.”
According to Action on Salt, the average person in the UK is thought to eat around 8.1g salt a day.

The NHS says that adults should have no more than 6g of salt a day (around 1 level teaspoon).
Its website reads: “This includes the salt that’s already in our food and the salt added during and after cooking.
“Babies should not have much salt, because their kidneys are not fully developed and cannot process it.”
