Good Saturday morning!
A warm front continues to move through the area, dragging spotty showers along with it. Throughout the rest of today, skies will dry out, but remain cloudy. Behind this front, combined with winds out of the south, temperatures will climb well above average and continue warming through the weekend!
Showers will dry out as we head into this afternoon. There is just the slightest chance that we see one or two more showers push back in for this evening. Clouds will remain steady throughout today, but strong winds out of the south will help us warm up. We're climbing to the upper 70s Saturday afternoon.
Winds remain high on Saturday with gusts as high as 30 MPH. Calmer speeds settle in overnight. Sunday continues to see temperatures climb even higher. All of Central Ohio will push into the lower 80s to end off the weekend. Skies will be dry with even a decent amount of sunshine moving in for the day.
The same system that brought in the warm front will swing in a cold front for the beginning of next week. We're still in the 80s on Monday with late chances for rain and thunder, but better chances and a cooling trend take control by Tuesday.
For most of next week, temperatures remain above average in the mid to upper 70s. Spotty chances for rain move in and out, with the middle of the week trending a little drier. Better chances for showers and storms arrive by next Friday.
