Beauty Club London founder Louise Bailey has two decades of experience as a hairstylist, specializing in extensions.
The industry-leading expert shared with The U.S. Sun some leading causes of hair loss and thinning, and solutions to make your hair appear fuller than it is.
According to Bailey, several factors can contribute to hair thinning and some of them are “out of our control.”
You don’t get a say in how genetics, menopause, and pregnancy affect your body.
“Both pregnancy and menopause cause a major shift in hormones, which impacts the rate at which hair grows and falls out,” she explained.

“Be sure to blow dry the roots with a round brush to give them an extra lift,” she explained.
