TROLLS who attacked Princess Kate online caused her more pain at a difficult time, royal experts have claimed.
The brave royal this evening revealed she has been receiving treatment for cancer after vile conspiracy theories spread on social media.
The Sun last week called on the world to “Lay Off Kate” after she was criticised for editing her Mother’s Day family photo – before vile fake tales started spreading.
And earlier this week vile fake tales circulated after our paper exclusively revealed video of Kate and Wills at a farm shop near Windsor.

Kate tonight revealed she is undergoing treatment for cancer in a brave video message.
Now royal experts have slammed those who spread the fake stories online.
Royal historian Hugo Vickers told The Sun: “Well, I would hope at a time like this, that all those people who’ve been involved in conspiracy theories feeling actually pretty pretty ashamed of themselves.
“No doubt they are regretful that they’ve caused her more pain at a very difficult time.”
Arthur Edwards added: “This woman just does nothing but do her best for the people.
“She does her best at every engagement and she puts a hundred percent into it.
“She’s just an amazing lady, and now she needs our prayers, and she needs our people to be kind and people to realize that even though she’s suffering this awful wellness, she’s recovering.”
Her diagnosis is the second the royal family has faced since King Charles revealed he was undergoing treatment for cancer.
Kate said: “My medical team therefore advised that I should undergo a course of preventative chemotherapy and I am now in the early stages of that treatment.
“This of course came as a huge shock. William and I have been doing everything I can to process this privately for the sake of our young family. As you can imagine this has taken time. It has taken time to recover from major surgery in order to start my treatment.
“Most importantly it has taken us time to explain everything to George, Charlotte and Louis in a way that is appropriate for them and to reassure them that I am going to be OK.
“As I have said to them, I am well and I’m getting stronger every day by focusing on the things that will help me heal in my mind, body and spirit.

The palace are unable to say when chemotherapy treatment will end.
Kate’s abdominal procedure took place at the London Clinic on January 16, Kensington Palace previously confirmed.Kate was last officially seen with her family at the Christmas Day church service in Sandringham.
