A SAVVY shopper has revealed the seven cheap buys from Home Bargains that are actually worth getting.
So if you’re on a budget and are looking to save money where possible, luckily for you, you’ve come to the right place.
Kathryn Leech, who is known on social media as Kat Saves, explained that the bath items are ‘incredibly affordable’ and the Wickford & Co candles are very similar to Yankee, but are ‘much cheaper’.
Not only this, Kathryn also revealed the aisle that people always forget to check too.
Posting on social media, the bargain hunter said: “Products in Home Bargains that are actually worth buying.”
As she found the bath items, she explained: “These shower loofahs, sponges, cloths, things like that, they are so incredibly affordable, and the quality is absolutely fine.
“Next up, we’ve got shower gel and bath soak. They’ve got good, branded products, for cheap prices. These 99p giant bottles of bath soak are my absolute favourite.”
Not only this, but if you’re a fan of Dove, you’ll need to pay attention, as Kathryn continued: “Along similar lines to that, the Dove bar soap is cheaper here than anywhere else. They’ve also got 99p bottles of hand soap.”
If your home is a bit of a mess and you don’t have the cash to splash on pricey cleaning products, Kathryn added: “Cleaning products – they’ve got all the big brands for discounted prices. It’s well worth it in Home Bargains.”
And if you want your home to smell fresh, you’re in luck, as she claimed: “Wickford & Co candles – they are very similar to Yankee Candles, but they are so much cheaper.”
But not only this, Kathryn also revealed the aisle that is often overlooked, as she shared: “Car supplies – this might seem like a bit of a random one, but if you need any little things for your car, you can probably find it in Home Bargains.”
If that wasn’t enough, you’ll need to check out the party buys too, as Kathryn concluded: “My last one is party supplies. You can get balloons, paper plates, paper straws, paper cups, you can literally get anything for your party from Home Bargains at such affordable prices.
“And they have the famous red party plastic cups that you see in those American movies.”
The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @katsaves, has clearly left many very impressed, as it has quickly amassed 18,300 views in just five days.
But this isn’t the first time Kat has shared her shopping recommendations.
Whilst here Kat was eager to share the things you should buy, we previously saw Kat share the things you shouldn’t buy from Boots.
First of all, Kat explained that the travel set, which is £4, but £3.60 for those with an Advantage card, is not worth the cash, as she noted: “These are only £1 in Primark!”
Not only this, but she also claimed that the mini toothpaste, which will set you back an eye-watering £1.50 for a tiny tube, is a waste of money, as she shared: “Mini toothpaste is unnecessary. Put a small bit in a travel container.”
Similarly to this, when it comes to travel deodorant, which is £2.65 for a spray Sure bottle in Boots, Kat wrote: “Cheaper to buy a roll on deodorant that’s under 100ml.”
Finally, if you need a new make-up blending sponge, Kat advised shoppers to head to Primark instead of Boots, as she concluded: “£1.35 for one sponge? Get a cheaper multipack in Primark.”
