A federal judge is questioning whether a lawyer for former Donald Trump fixer Michael Cohen cited court rulings that do not exist in a recent legal filing. Judge Jesse Furman issued an order Tuesday telling Cohen attorney David M. Schwartz to provide copies of the three rulings by Dec. 19 or face possible sanctions. Furman says none of the cases appears to exist. Schwartz did not respond to a message seeking comment. Schwartz filed the motion last month seeking an early end to Cohen's three years of supervised release, related to guilty pleas and prison time he served for several crimes.
