Investigators have released documents suggesting the man who killed two police officers in a roadside shootout in northwestern Wisconsin last month was struggling with a divorce. Glenn Douglas Perry killed Chetek Officer Emily Breidenbach and Cameron Officer Hunter Scheel during a traffic stop in Cameron on April 8. Perry later died from wounds suffered in the shootout. The state Department of Justice released nearly 1,000 pages of records related to its investigation findings Friday. According to the documents, Perry's ex-wife told investigators that she thought he was schizophrenic, that he carried guns in his vehicle and that he threatened multiple people, including court officials in their divorce. A sheriff's deputy said Perry had been accused of stalking his ex-wife.
