...A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of southwestern Kenedy
and northeastern Willacy Counties through 400 PM CDT...
At 326 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Rudolph, or 13 miles northeast of Raymondville, moving north at 15
mph.
HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.
Locations impacted include...
Norias and Rudolph.
This includes US Highway 77 between mile markers 740 and 756.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to
