Popularity of cloud services is revolutionizing the digital economy with flexibility, scalability, and reduced operational costs for businesses. However, the sudden shift to remote work put these benefits into sharp scrutiny. While the total cloud service market grew by 33% in 2020, the need to fortify businesses became much more critical.
