STACEY Solomon has hit out at high street retailer Zara for their “dangerous sizing” after she was forced to buy three large sized cardigans.
The telly favourite, 28, took to her Instagram Story to show off her new haul of three pastel coloured jumpers.
Standing in front of her mirror, Stacey posed for a photo to show off her new baby pink jumper with blue floppy collar.
But she didn’t seem very impressed with it and even admitted that she felt like she had been conned out of her money.
She told fans: “I found the highest waisted jeans in my wardrobe and it doesn’t look too bad!
“I still feel like I’ve been robbed of half a jumper though.
“£25 & where’s the rest of it? Also I’m wearing a large because I thought it would be baggy.
“I have no idea how they get away with calling this a large if I’m honest. It’s dangerous sizing.”
After opening the parcel Stacey was left extremely disappointed to see that they were shorter than she expected.
She added: “I ordered these jumpers from Zara online because I loved the colours and the buttons…
“But it is me or are they really short? I feel like so many clothes now are like crop tops… Are they short or am I just being an old fogey?”
It’s not the first time our favourite celebrities have slammed Zara for their inaccurate sizing.
Jacqueline Jossa, 27, has also been left feeling deflated after trying on a bunch of stuff from the popular high street store too.
The former EastEnders star slammed the fashion brand after she was left unable to fit into a pair of large shorts, despite being a slender size 12.
The mother-of-two explained that she had a “mental breakdown” after she was unable to comfortably fit into her new bits and pieces when responding to her fans pleas to do a Zara mini-haul.
Speaking from the comfort of her bed, she told her 2.9m followers on Instagram: “I was shocked when I got home yesterday honestly.
“I’m a size 12 and the large wouldn’t fit me from Zara.
“I had to get the extra large which is not a problem but you know people who are over a size 14, size 16, size 18…
“Do they just not shop in Zara? I didn’t know that, I wasn’t aware of that and I haven’t shopped in Zara for years.
“So I kind of remember why I don’t shop in there anymore. I love it but I think the sizing is really off.
“I did get some nice bits which I will show you. But you should have seen me yesterday trying to squeeze into a pair of shorts and stuff. Should have filmed it but it wasn’t a pretty sight”.
Just last week Towie star Danielle Armstrong, 32, blasted the shop after she struggled to fit into a ‘large’ pair of jeans, just four months after giving birth to her daughter Orla.
She criticised the retail giant for categorising sizes 12-14 as “large” after she was initially unable to squeeze into the jeans.
The reality star said that she did not think the sizing was a fair as the stressed that the “majority of women in the UK is a size 12 to 14”.
She said: “We all know Zara, they’re not very good at their sizes. Can I just say anyone who is watching this at Zara’s head office, I don’t think it’s good.
“In Zara a large is like 12-14, as if that’s a large. The majority of women in the UK, the average is a size 12 or 14.”
Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time Stacey has been unimpressed with her new purchases – last week she did a massive Primark haul and instantly regretted buying a beret for the Autumn.
