- GENERAL SEAS...Around 4 ft through this evening, subsiding to
3 ft late tonight.
- FIRST EBB...Around 545 PM Thursday. Seas to 6 ft.
- SECOND EBB...Very strong ebb around 6 AM Friday. Seas to 9 ft
with breakers likely.
- THIRD EBB...Around 530 PM Friday. Seas to 8 ft.
* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.
* WHEN...From 4 AM to 7 AM PDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft especially
when navigating in or near harbor entrances.
