The Poppies lost 0-1 at the Bright Management Eyrie as Bedford Town's Scott Joseph's bullet header in the first half was the difference between the two sides. Nicky Eaden included centre-back Sam Cartwright (Peterborough United), Jack Snelus (trialist), Haroun (trialist) and a second outing for winger Elliot Hodge. Brett Solkhon also came back into the side. The second half saw the introduction of Luke Graham, Connor Kennedy, Ben Milnes and another A N Other. Attendance: 165.
