CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire man has been sentenced to 8 ½ years in federal prison for assaulting and robbing an individual during a firearms transaction who was working with authorities.
Court documents say 27-year-old Aaron Sperow, of Nashua, arranged for someone to come to a house to buy the guns in 2017. The victim, who was robbed and assaulted, was assisting federal agents, and was equipped with audio and video surveillance equipment.
Sperow and two others were arrested. Sperow pleaded guilty last year to conspiracy; robbery; assault; use of a firearm during a crime of violence; and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
