Siluanov told in which case the tax authorities come to check

The Federal Tax Service (FTS) goes for inspection only when the artificial intelligence “riots and it is clear that the risk management system is already off scale,” said Finance Minister Anton Siluanov. According to him, in all other cases, work is carried out online. One of the reasons for the success of the FTS, the minister called “cool services that were built on the basis of the latest IT solutions.”

Now the main task for the FTS should be to create comfortable conditions for taxpayers, said Mr. Siluanov. “Tax is a system of compulsion to pay taxes, but the main thing is that this compulsion is comfortable. The main thing is not to be seen, ”he said on the air of the program“ Sunday Evening with Vladimir Solovyov ”on the TV channel“ Russia 1 ”(quoted by RIA Novosti). This practice should be expanded, the minister added. He cited as an example services for the self-employed who do not interact with the Federal Tax Service at all.

At the beginning of the year, experts examined how promises to reduce the number of business inspections were implemented in practice. It turned out that the decrease in the number of planned activities by 30% by three quarters was provided by one FTS, while the rest of the departments demonstrate a wide spread of results.
