Tottenham 4-3 Man Utd LIVE RESULT: Spurs secure spot in Carabao Cup semi-final despite nervy end to frantic clash

TOTTENHAM have beaten Manchester United 4-3 to secure their spot in the Carabao Cup semi-final.

Dominic Solanke tapped in to make it 1-0 on 15 minutes after Altay Bayindir fumbled Pedro Porro‘s thunderstrike.

Seconds into the second half, Dejan Kulusevski stroked home to make it 2-0 to the hosts.

Solanke got his second of the night on 54 minutes with a superb finish to make it 3-0 before Man Utd got one back through Joshua Zirkzee.

Minutes later, Amad Diallo pounced on a horror error from Fraser Forster to make it 3-2 and set up a grandstand finish.

Spurs’ nerves were eased after Son Heung-min’s corner controversially flew straight past Bayindir in goal to make it 4-2 at the death.

Man Utd weren’t done as Jonny Evans headed in from a corner to make it nervy once again for Spurs.

But Tottenham hung on to secure a 4-3 win and progress to the Carabao Cup semi-final.
