One of the top rushers in college football will be on display when Devin Neal and the Kansas Jayhawks (5-6) take on the Baylor Bears (7-4) on Saturday, November 30, 2024.
The Jayhawks defeated the Colorado Buffaloes 37-21 in their most recent game. The Bears are coming off of a victory over the Houston Cougars by the score of 20-10. Against the Buffaloes, Jalon Daniels led the Jayhawks with 189 yards on 14-of-21 passing (66.7%) for one touchdown and no interceptions. He also carried the ball six times for 72 yards. Neal took 37 carries for 207 yards (5.6 yards per carry) and three touchdowns, while adding four receptions for 80 yards and one touchdown in the passing game. Trevor Kardell hauled in two receptions for 38 yards (averaging 19.0 per catch) against the Buffaloes. Sawyer Robertson’s performance for the Bears against the Cougars included 15-of-23 passing for 204 yards, two touchdowns and three interceptions. Bryson Washington carried the ball 28 times for 113 yards. He caught one pass for one yard. Michael Trigg had 96 yards through the air after four catches (on four targets), with one touchdown.
