STUART BINGHAM left commentators in disbelief with a break-off shot at the UK Championship.
The world number 25 cued off in the tenth frame with an ordinary shot.
He knocked the cue ball into the reds and it rebounded into the pack and hit the black.
There was not much power on the white but it hit the black at the perfect angle to make it roll into the bottom left corner, much to Bingham’s dismay.
The commentary team was also left bewildered with Alan McManus saying: “You think you’ve seen it all. I’ve never seen that before, ever.
“Potting the black off the break. That is incredible.”
Bingham’s foul cost him seven points but he recovered to win the frame before taking the final frame to win the match.
He is now through to the Round of 16 where he will face Anda Zhang.
There have been some early shocks in the UK Championship with Ronnie O’Sullivan suffering an opening round defeat to Barry Hawkins.
Mark Selby crashed out against Jack Lisowski and world champion Luca Brecel lost narrowly to Jak Jones 6-5.

Bingham’s clash with Williams also left a presenter stunned as the latter began tucking into a Chinese takeaway on the snooker table.
Williams enjoyed his tasty meal during the first interval of the match and tucked into a dumpling.
