On Saturday at 12 p.m. ET, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons (2-3) will take on the Clemson Tigers (4-1).
The Tigers played the Florida State Seminoles in their most recent outing, winning 29-13. The Demon Deacons are coming off of a victory over the North Carolina State Wolfpack by the score of 34-30. Cade Klubnik threw for 235 yards, with two touchdowns and no interceptions on 19-of-33 passing (57.6%) for the Tigers in that matchup against the Seminoles. He also added 11 carries for 62 yards. Phil Mafah totaled 154 rushing yards on 25 carries (6.2 yards per carry). He also had one catch for five yards. Antonio Williams had three receptions for 84 yards (28.0 per catch) and one touchdown against the Seminoles. Hank Bachmeier went 16-for-32 with 154 yards, two touchdowns and one interception for the Deacs against the Wolfpack. He also rushed six times for 20 yards. Demond Claiborne carried the ball 20 times for 136 yards and two touchdowns. He caught two passes for eight yards and one touchdown. Micah Mays Jr. recorded four catches for 48 yards (on seven targets).
