When it comes to stadiums, NFL owners are rarely satisfied.
After the Raiders and Rams/Chargers opened their new stadiums in 2020, they raised the bar for the rest of the league. The facilities are architecturally unique, modern and serve as year-round destinations. The Falcons’ Mercedes-Benz Stadium and Vikings’ U.S. Bank Stadium would also fit into that category (See: NFL stadiums rankings).
And in the four years since the opening of SoFi Stadium and Allegiant Stadium, we’ve seen other teams try to upgrade, overhaul or build all-new stadiums with varying success.
