The Arsenal goalkeeper kept the scores level as he denied the Aston Villa star with what appeared to be a near-impossible stop.

The ball rebounded straight to the quick-thinking Watkins, who headed goalwards.
But the Arsenal stopper was quick enough to recover and make the stop while also pushing it away from danger.
Fans hailed the Spaniard’s heroics during the Premier League clash on social media.
One posted: “I’ve been watching Arsenal most of my life; that was the best save I’ve ever seen.”
A second wrote: “Raya that’s the best save I’ve ever seen.”
A third commented: “Raya save of the season already.”

A fifth declared: “Raya, with the save of the season!”
Another added: “That Raya save is one of the best saves I’ve ever seen. Jesus Christ.”
The clash between Arsenal and Aston Villa was delayed by five minutes due to technical issues with the official’s communication.
It was a feisty affair as William Saliba and John McGinn were involved in a heated brawl in the first-half.
Substitute Leandro Trossard scored the opening goal just 13 minutes after Raya’s save.
Thomas Partey doubled the lead in the 77th minute after his tame shot was palmed into the net by Emiliano Martinez.
The Gunners held on to earn all three points to make it two wins from two this season.
The result sees Arteta’s side keep pace with Manchester City who beat Ipswich Town earlier in the day.
