ADAM Peaty’s ability to continue competing in the Paris Olympics hangs in the balance after he tested positive for Covid-19.
Here is everything you need to know about whether he can participate in the mixed 4x100m medley relay at the Olympics.
Adam Peaty tested for COVID-19 on Monday, July 29, 2024, which has affected his participation in the mixed 4x100m medley relay at the Paris Olympics.

For now, James Wilby will step in for him, alongside Kathleen Dawson, Joe Litchfield, and Anna Hopkin.
Adam said in a statement: “I’ll now be focusing on a fast, full recovery to give my best in the team relays later in the week.
“I’ve had so many messages and I’ll get back to you all, thank you for your support as it has truly been an unforgettable journey.”
