Ariana Grande released a remix to The Boy Is Mine, and our little millennial heart are bursting with happiness.
In March, Ariana released Eternal Sunshine, which included a reimagining of Brandy and Monica’s 1998 hit The Boy Is Mine. To be honest, we were not that impressed at the time, but Ariana released a remix of the song on Friday — with Brandy and Monica — and it’s SO GOOD.
The song opens with Brandy’s vocals, weaves in Ariana and then adds Monica. If that didn’t set our souls on fire enough, there’s a bridge that transitions into the original beat of Brandy and Monica’s version. AHHHH! Nobody talk to us.
