Week 1 picks against the spread were rough for bettors because of all the upsets. That same excuse can’t be used for a rough opening week of prop picks.
I went 2-4 last week, and I guess I’ll just chalk that up to not knowing teams’ tendencies yet. A late start last season allowed for enough information to know what team’s strengths and weaknesses were. We didn’t have that Sunday.
I did nail my two running back props, though. Which should probably tell me something about what to do here. Alas, I only have one rushing prop this week. Here’s a quick summary of my picks.
