Her mind. Lana has announced that her next album will be country, and she’s apparently going method by dating a country boy. Lana Del Rey may be seeing an airboat captain/swamp tour guide. Del Rey was spotted holding hands with Jeremy Dufrene before her set at Leeds Festival. They met in 2019 (which is several ??? love interests ago for Lana), when he he let her steer his boat through the bayou. It sounds like a double entendre, but we assure you it’s a factual account of events that transpired on planet earth.
In the five years since first meeting, the pair appear to have taken their relationship on land. Lana recently made an IG post where she called Dufrene “my guy.” And in a recent performance of “Chemtrails Over the Country Club,” she changed the line “He’s born in December, I’m born in June” to “He’s born in March.” Dufrene’s birth month? Well it ain’t December. Weirdly, both Dufrene and Del Rey are cuspers on the zodiac — Del Rey between Gemini and Cancer, and Dufrene between Pisces and Aries.
