Возвращение Хабиба и последний шанс Фергюсона. Что смотреть в UFC на этой неделе?

В субботу, 3 августа, в Абу-Даби (ОАЭ) состоится очередной турнир UFC - UFC on ABC 7. Впервые за три с половиной года лучшая лига мира проведет в столице ОАЭ не номерной турнир. Тем не менее, он обещает быть очень интересным. Корреспондент Vesti.kz подготовил для вас общий анонс предстоящего ивента.

Турниры в Абу-Даби всегда интересно смотреть, так как там традиционно много бойцов из стран СНГ, да и часовой пояс совсем другой - бои проходят не рано утром, а вечером и поздней ночью. К сожалению, в этот раз там не будет казахстанцев, так как бой Азата Максума (15-1) был отменен из-за полученной им травмы.

В карде турнира UFC on ABC 7 значатся 13 поединков. Начало предварительного карда - в 21:00 по казахстанскому времени, главного - в 00:00. В прямом эфире все бои можно будет посмотреть по подписке на платной платформе UFC Fight Pass. Телеканал Setanta Sports 2 покажет только главный кард (с 00:00). Также бои покажут российские каналы: "Матч ТВ" (с 22:30) и "Матч! Боец" (целиком с 21:00).

Россиянка с 8-0: она называет себя будущей чемпионкой

25-летняя Виктория Дудакова (8-0) проведет свой очередной бой в минимальном весе. Соперницей молодой девушки-проспекта станет опытная американка - 32-летняя Сэм Хьюз (8-6). На счету Дудаковой шесть досрочных побед в восьми поединках, а в UFC она выиграла уже дважды.

Хьюз выступает в UFC с 2020 года. Она попала в промоушен с рекордом 5-1, но теперь в UFС у нее 3-5. В последних трех поединках она дважды уступила. 

В случае победы Виктории, вполне вероятно, что она попадет в топ-15 своего дивизиона. Но ее главная цель, о которой она не устает говорить, - это чемпионский пояс.

Бой между Дудаковой и Хьюз пройдет третьим по счету в предварительном карде. Он начнется ориентировочно в 21:50 по казахстанскому времени. Трансляция будет на "Матч! Боец" и на UFC Fight Pass.

Долгожданный успех или восьмое поражение кряду - что ждет Фергюсона?

Третьими в главном карде в клетку выйдут два американских ветерана из полусредней весовой категории - некогда устрашающий 40-летний Тони Фергюсон (25-10) подерется с 36-летним Майклом Кьезой (16-7).

Бывший временный чемпион легкого веса Фергюсон не побеждает больше пяти лет. Сейчас Эль-Кукуй идет на серии из семи поражений кряду, четыре из которых стали досрочными. Но и у Кьезы серия не очень впечатляет - он проиграл уже три поединка подряд.

От любимца публики Фергюсона уже давно ждут побед, и сейчас у него в соперниках другой ветеран, идущий на серии из поражений. Удастся ли Тони воспользоваться своим шансом, или же он потерпит уже восьмое подряд поражение? Вполне возможно, что при неудачном исходе карьера Фергюсона в UFC завершится, так как президент лиги Дана Уайт советовал ему закончить с боями еще после декабрьского поражения от Пэдди Пимблетта.

Бой Фергюсон - Кьеза начнется примерно в 01:00 по времени Казахстана. Его покажут все вышеперечисленные телеканалы, а также на платформе UFC Fight Pass.

Следом после Тони и Майкла в октагоне встретятся бойцы легчайшей весовой категории - четвертый номер рейтинга эквадорец Марлон Вера (23-9-1) и шестой номер бразилец Дейвесон Фигейредо (23-3-1).

Вере 31 год, и он возвращается в клетку после разгромного поражения в титульном бою против чемпиона Шона О'Мэлли. Прошло почти пять месяцев, и интересно, будет ли Вера прежним после 25-минутного избиения от Шона.

Соперничать Марлону предстоит с бывшим чемпионом UFC в наилегчайшем весе - 36-летним Фигейредо. В прошлом году он поднялся в этот дивизион и одержал уже две победы: сначала решением против Роба Фонта, а затем удосрочил экс-чемпиона Коди Гарбрандта на юбилейном турнире UFC 300.

Нурмагомедов получит титульный бой? Нужно пройти Сэндхагена

В главном бою вечера состоится рейтинговый поединок в легчайшем весе - второй номер американец Кори Сэндхаген (17-4) встретится с замыкающим топ-10 непобежденным россиянином Умаром Нурмагомедовым (17-0).

32-летний Сэндхаген выступает в UFC с 2018 года. В лиге у него 10-3, а за карьеру всего одно досрочное поражение - от Алджамейна Стерлинга удушающим приемом. В 2021-м он претендовал на пояс временного чемпиона промоушена, но проиграл решением россиянину Петру Яну. 

Теперь он идет на серии из трех побед и собирается остановить небитого проспекта - 28-летнего Нурмагомедова. Двоюродный брат Хабиба Нурмагомедова далек от чемпионства с точки зрения рейтинга, но потенциальная победа над Кори должна вывести его на поединок за титул. По мнению экспертов и букмекеров, он даже фаворит в этом бою. Кстати говоря, Хабиб будет в углу Умара в этот вечер - фанаты дождались возвращения Орла!

Он душил казахстанца Сергея Морозова, а в последнем поединке решением выиграл у другого спортсмена из Казахстана - Бекзата Алмахана. Но именно Алмахан сделал то, что не удавалось ни одному другому сопернику Умара - отправить его в нокдаун.

Получается, что победа над Алмаханом вывела Нурмагомедова на претендентский бой (иначе поединок со вторым номером рейтинга, идущим на серии из побед, назвать никак нельзя). И если Умару удастся продлить свою победную серию, то он может стать следующим претендентом на пояс, которым в настоящее время владеет О'Мэлли. Однако не будем забывать, что в середине сентября Шон будет защищать свой пояс против грузинского бойца Мераба Двалишвили.

Поединок между Сэндхагеном и Яном начнется ориентировочно в 02:30 по казахстанскому времени. Американец уже выразил надежду, что финиширует непобежденного соперника в поздних раундах. Умар, кстати говоря, еще никогда в карьере не дрался больше трех раундов, а их предстоящий бой будет рассчитан на пять отрезков.
