Crystal Palace boss Alan Pardew is looking forward to a new era in South London after the club agreed a £100million American investment deal.
Paperwork for the deal was being finalised on Thursday ahead of an official announcement.
The deal has been 18 months in the making and Pardew says it signals exciting times for the club.
"I have been involved with Joshua and David to some degree and I see they have a passion for this football club that has grown," said the Palace manager.
"That goes alongside myself and the chairman with the passion we have for the football club. We hope, together, we can embark on a new era.
"Hopefully our fans, who have had a great couple of seasons, can now look forward to the future with expectation.
"I look at clubs like Bolton in the situation they are in, and I think about this football club not so long ago. That a phoenix can rise. What we want to do is keep rising."
