If you haven’t bought and read Table for None, Lost Eateries of Toledo, by Tedd Long and Mark Snyder, and you’re a longtime Toledoan, you’re in for a treat that will jog both your memory and taste buds. The authors have chronicled the history, backstories, personalities, cuisines, and even old menus from most of the Toledo areas now departed signature restaurants. What a journey.
